Texas Man Sues Adult Dancer For Taking Credit Cards And Happy Potter Movies

A 32-year-old Houston man has filed a lawsuit against a stripper in small claims court.
Robert Wallace, a software developer, insists the relationship he had with exotic dancer Nomi Mims was personal.
He told KRIV that he gave Mims numerous electronics and a credit card and also let her borrow his movies, including his Harry Potter DVD collection.
“We were intimate,” Wallace insists, “and we were building a future together.”
Mims, on the other hand, claims that Wallace was merely a friend and customer, and finds it unfortunate that she may have given him the wrong impression about their relationship.
“I’ve heard of strippers suing customers, but never of customers suing strippers,” said Mims. “It’s the most ridiculous thing I ever heard in my life… I should’ve ended it a long time ago. [There are] No refunds in the strip club. I don’t know how many times I need to tell people that.”
No refunds in the champagne room, y’all!
