Ryan Stiles took Clearwater police on a 9-minute, high-speed chase down a popular beach area full of people on Thursday. He saw fit to hit FB Live and swig on a bottle of whiskey while in the process. He even verbally threatened officers, telling them he planned to slit each of their throats.
Yet, when all was said and done, he was arrested and unharmed.
Meanwhile…a Black man likely couldn’t have even turned on his left blinker without being pumped full of bullets. SMH.
