A San Diego man caught footage of a suspect being arrested while on his way to work in the AM. The three police officers were seemingly unable to control the K-9 unit that were “assisting” with the arrest. Unsurprisingly, the suspect was left badly wounded.
SMH. Are the police dogs just as poorly trained as a lot of these cops seem to be?
