British Man Sentenced For Throwing Bacon At Muslim Student
36 year old scumbag Alex Chivers was sentenced to 26 weeks in jail for throwing bacon on 17-year-old Muslim student, Ikram Ali. According to Ali, she was on the way to a polling place along with her mother and sister, when Chivers showed up and began launching raw bacon onto her face. During the Islamaphobic attack, it is said that Chivers was also yelling hateful attacks like, “scum,” and “you deserve it.”
Though Alex is the only one being charged for the attack, he is said to have not done this crime alone. He was accompanied by another gentleman who escaped by motorcycle with him after the scene and has not yet been identified. A police officer from the Enfield Community Safety Unit says that the second mystery man recorded the attack.
Ms. Ali said about the attack, “Islamophobia is real, and it is out there and because of the way Muslim women choose to dress, we’re unfortunately a target.” She says she choses to believe her hijab will not hinder her life, and there’s more good people than bad in the world.
