Mom Files Civil Rights Lawsuit Against High School For Covering Hate Crime

A parent is disturbed by her daughter’s school who she says attempted to cover up a racist “kill list” that threatened several black students–including her daughter. Monte Vista High School in Cupertino is now under investigation for the incident and in the middle of a civil rights lawsuit.

“What is your main focus for today? Lynch n-gg-rs.” That’s what popped up on a computer screen according to the attorney representing the mother and daughter. Allegedly the message was put there by a group of kids from “various racial backgrounds” at the school who call themselves ‘n-gg-r kill spree masters’. On the list were the names of at least 6 students according to CBS San Francisco.

Attorney Richard Richardson plans to use the screen shot of the message and other evidence in a civil rights lawsuit they’ve filed against the High School.

“They mentioned her by name and they gave her a specific and credible threat that they would riddle her with bullets and they talked about how many bullets it would take,” said Richardson.

This incident allegedly happened at the school last fall but wasn’t brought to light until student decided to write about it in the school’s magazine. Yikes.
