Footage of 26-year-old Richard Rojas running over 13+ people in Times Square has been released showing the frightening moment people were struck out of nowhere. Rojas was high on that K-2 and said he wanted to die after the incident.
The low-life also ran over an 18-yr-old Michigan student killing her just before the crash and wrestled himself away from the police to allegedly go on a "killing spree."
