Kris Jenner is treated by paramedics inside her damaged Rolls Royce following her nasty car crash. The reality tv mogul is also seen getting assistance as she walks to an awaiting Range Rover following her collision with a Prius near her home in Calabasas, CA. Daughters Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner arrived on the scene shortly after the accident and they were accompanied by Kanye West and Corey Gamble.
