Pregnant Kim Kardashian goes shopping in New Orleans after having lunch with a superfan on her 21st birthday in the French Quarter. Kim looked around in a boutique after being mobbed by the fans outside of Brennan’s after a two hour lunch with her biggest fan. The two girls emereged from inside a two hour + lunch where Kim even surprised her with Yeezus sneakers. The fan was all smiles and said she had fun to the massive crowd that cheered her on as she left and gave Kim a big hug.
