Robert Pattinson & FKA Twigs Engaged
After only five months of dating, Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs have decided to make their swirly romance a forever thing. It seems the couple was trying to keep the news private, but a chatty patty close to their circle let the info slip.
And exactly how did the news leak? From T-Pain, of all people. The autotune artist spilled the beans on the happy news when talking with Vulture about collaborating with FKA Twigs on his new mixtape:
“Well, the first time we even met each other, we met in the studio. Her music’s changed a lot since then. But she’s on tour so much, and anytime I call her, she’s in a different place. And she’s engaged now, so that’s about to be a whole other thing.”
Wait, she’s engaged? That’s news to me.
“Yeah, to ol’ Patty [Robert Pattinson]. I don’t know if she wanted anybody to know that…”
But here’s the kicker…T-Pain jumped back and said that the whole “accidental slip” was nothing more than an April Fool’s joke.
Do you think that’s true? Seems kind of like an unnecessary attention grab with all the drama he’s already brought his way with his Aaliyah comment.
