After serving food to the needy for Thanksgiving, Tyga and his underage boo Kylie Jenner recently took to L.A’s Children’s hospital for some coupled up charity work.
Paps spotted Kylie, 17, on her way to meet up with Tyga, 25, while wearing a crop top and high heels (perfect attire for a hospital visit)…
and she later posed for pictures with the rapper and their slew of chariable donations.
